Quality Control Process
1. Product quality is strictly controlled under standardized QC system,covering raw and auxiliary material inspection,production process control and finished product delivery inspection.
2. After the sample confirmed,we will start the mass production according to the sample.
3. Before the sample making,our designer will confirm the product.
4. During the production,we will inspect the quality carefull and control any problem.
5. Sheet metal design unit execute bending,pressing,stamping,punching process.
6. Packing unit executes final simple assembly,logo attachment,clean and packing.
7. Final inspection before shipment.then waiting the shipping instruction from clients.
8. Before the deliver,we can accept the inspection by 3rd party.
